PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY SMOOTHIE:
Ingredients:
1 banana, ripe
½ cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp natural peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
1 scoop pea protein powder (or any protein powder of your choice)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
